First, take a bowl add water and put on gas. When water is boiling so ready a cloth and put all garam masala in cloth and tie it. Now put cloth on water. Than put soaked rice and cooked rice only 40%..now roast onion and chilli.

Now take a kadhai add oil, cumin, mustard, green chilli and ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and curd. Fry for 5 minS.

Add biryani masala,all the vegetables and fry.

Add whole garam masalA add some boiled water for cooked only 20%.

Take a big handy. Now make a layer step by step like rice than vegetables than rice and every step add roasted onion, mint coriander leaves and now put biryani masala. Now cover the top of handi with wheat flour dough. Now cooked 30 to 40 mins.

And your biryani is ready.
