Soft boiled egg Thai spicy salad (Yum Kai Tom)

Just what I needed this morning, boiled egg spicy salad. Thais eat this dish as a side dish. It’s nice, fresh and healthy. I sometimes eat this to accompany with chicken green curry and steamed jasmine rice. Some people eat this for breakfast (yes, breakfast) with boiled rice and fried chinese sausage (called Gun Chiang) #eatthaivisitthai
