Steps

Soak the oats for 15-20 mins, then grind it little with flour. Mix cumin coriander powder and salt.

Apply butter on hot tawa and spread some batter on it. Spread capsicum on it and sprinkle some chilli powder.

Roast from both side on medium flame by applying butter and serve hot with curd or can consume as it is. Good option for protein diet.
