Cooking Instructions

Peel and wash carrots.

Grate carrots.
- 3
Add 2 tb spoon pure ghee and add carrots and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Add milk and cook till all the milk dries up. It will take about 15 minutes. When milk dries up add remaining 2 tb spoon pure ghee and add sugar. Mix well.

Cook on low flame till sugar dissolves, evaporate and mix in carrots completely. Cook on low flame till ghee leaves the karahi. Add chopped half of the dry fruits.

Transfer the halwa in a serving bowl and serve hot garnished with remaining dry fruits.
