Steps

Grate the carrots and chop Almonds.

Heat the pan and add ghee

Add grated carrots, mix and cook for 15 minutes till colour of carrots changes a bit. Cook on medium flame and keep stirring in between.

Add milk and mix properly

Cook it on low flame for 20-25 minutes and keep stirring

Cook on medium to high flame for 5-7 minutes. Keep stirring

Add cardamom, chopped almonds and raisins and mix

Then add sugar and mix it

Cook for 10-15 minutes more and in between increase the flame for 2-3 minutes till full milk gets absorbed

Turn off the flame and garnish with chopped almonds. Halwa is ready to serve.. ENJOY!!
