Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprawa
  2. 1/4 cupghee
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 3 cupshot boiling water
  5. 1 pinchsaffron strands/ kesar
  6. 1 tbspcardamom powder
  7. as needed raisins/ kismis
  8. as needed cashew nuts pieces and pistachio flakes for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in nonstick pan. Add rawa...mix and saute for 10 minutes on slow flame till nice aroma come out. On other gas keep 3 cups water for boiling.

    Add and mix sugar. Add boiling water. Add saffron strands..mix well. Stirring constantly until it thickened and sheera leaves the sides of vessel also ghee comes out.

    Add cardamoms powder and raisins. Mix well. Off the flame.

    Serve Hot Delicious Rawa Kesari garnishing with cashewnuts pieces and pistachio flakes.
