Sarso saag with makke ki roti

In a pressure cooker add spinach, mustard leaves, finely chop ginger, garlic and green chillies add little water and pressure cook in a low flame till 5 whistles.. once done mash it with blender.. in a bowl prepare slurry by adding water and makka atta add this mixture to mashed leaves..

In a pan add oil let it heat, add ginger, garlic and chilli tause a bit then add onions cook till translucent

Add chopped tomatoes, salt and coriander powder cook till tomatoes get soft then add saag and cook till boiling. Saag is ready

In a mixing bowl add atta, carom seeds, salt gradually add water and prepare dough.. I use butter paper to roll out the Rotis

In a pan add cook roti both sides using ghee, once done serve with saag.
