Ingredients

  1. 6Bread slices
  2. as neededOil for frying
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 1 cupWater
  5. 1 tspRose water
  6. 1/4 tspElaichi (Cardamom)powder
  7. 1/2 litreMilk
  8. 2 tbspCorn flour
  9. 4 tbspCream
  10. 2 tbspsugar
  11. 1 pinchfood colour orange

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the bread in heart shape using cookie cutter.

  2. 2

    Deep fry the bread pcs.

  3. 3

    For syrup add sugar water together in a pan

  4. 4

    Add food colour,rose water and elaichi powder.

  5. 5

    Make 1 thread chasni.

  6. 6

    Take a pan add milk and boil it.

  7. 7

    Add corn flour mixed with 2tbsp of milk.

  8. 8

    Add cream and sugar.

  9. 9

    Make it thick as rabri.

  10. 10

    Now dip the fried bread in chasni and place it in serving dish.

  11. 11

    Pour the thick rabri over it.

  12. 12

    Garnish with dry fruits and tutti fruity.
    Serve.
