Disslove the gelatin in water and keep aside. Now cook the frozen cranberry with water and sugar till melt nicely. Now sieve it with good press.

Now beat the cream cheese nicely. Add gelatin in cranberry juice and mix it. Now gradually add the cranberry juice in beaten cream cheese.

Crush the biscuits and mix the butter in it nicely. Now take round mould or any hard plastic. Keep the biscuit base in it and press it and keep for while preparing chocolate ganache.

Now fill the cream cheese frosting in the top of the biscuit layer. keep it in the fridge to set it.

Now remove slowly and make a layer of chocolate ganache. Garnish with icing cream, cranberry and silver balls.

Serve the best to your valentine and make a smile in their face.
