Steps

Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm milk and keep aside for frothing.

Mix 1/2 tsp garlic paste and 2tbsp butter and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl add 1 cup maida, 1 tbsp olive oil, yeast and mix make a sticky dough and keep aside for an hour to double.

After an hour add the remaining 1/2 cup maida, salt, 1 tsp garlic paste, and knead for 5 mins to make a smooth dough.

Keep aside again for an hour to double.

Roll out the dough round. Add the garlic butter paste in one half of the circle

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese sprinkle oregano cover the other half over this and seal it.

Make slits on it, brush olive oil bake for 15 mins at 180 degrees or till done.
