Ingredients

  1. 1 headcauliflower
  2. 3 TBSbutter
  3. 3 TBScream cheese
  4. 1/4 cupheavy cream
  5. to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Trim cauliflower then steam until soft

  2. 2

    Remove from steamer and place in bowl and mash or mix until smooth

  3. 3

    Add in cream cheese, butter, and heavy cream. Mix well

  4. 4

    Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
