Heat oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and oats and then roast it.

Now add tomato and green chilli,red chilli powder, salt and mix it well.

Add water and let the oats cook for 3-4 mintues.

Now garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
