Ingredients

1/2 kgbaby potatoes
1/2 kg corns
3-4 tbsp cornfloor
1big onion
2-3green chillies
2tomatoes
as requiredGreen Coriander (optional)
2 tbsp lemon juice
Pinchred chilli powder
Pinchchat masala
as requiredPeanuts(optional)

Steps

Peel and cut alu into squares or we can use baby alu, sprinkle cornflour and deep-fry.

Steam sweet corn sprinkle cornflour(mix neatly) and deep fry.

Cook peanuts and keep aside
Now take a bowl add all the above, add chopped onion, tomato coriander, lemon juice, red chilli powder, chat masala powder,salt mix well and serve.
