First peeled and cut potato not to thick not too thin.

Then collect all ingredients except lemon juice and Amchur powder.

Then take a non-stick pan heat oil add Asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds,Urad dal, curry leaves,green chilli saute it.

Then add all spices mix well add patotes mix well.cook 5 min on medium to high flame cover with plate.

After 5 min give a good stur.cook 3 min in low flame.Then add lemon juice and Amchur powder mix well.Garnish with coriander leaves.
