For stuffing. Take peas chilli and garlic grind it bit thicker.

Heat wok add oil cumin seeds, fry gram flour add dry powder. Fry well. Add peas paste and cook properly.

Take maida and wheat flour add salt and black cumin and 4 tbsp refined oil. Mix well. Make dough using water.

Take small section of dough add stuffing into it close properly. Make small puries of it.

Heat oil in wok. Cook puries on medium flame. Till it becomes crisp. Serve with vegetables or chutney.
