Grind Green chilli and ginger into a paste.

Slice 2 onions.

Pressure Cook 4 potatoes, peel off the skin and slice into cubes.

Take a pan and keep it on the stove and pour oil into the pan. Once the pan heats add mustard and cumin seeds. Once it starts crackle add onions. Roast the onions, add salt and turmeric, add ginger and green chilli. Roast it in a low flame.

Add potatoes into it. Mix it well, once it cooked add coriander powder, cumin powder, at the end add coconut powder.

Turn off the stove. Take it into a bowl and serve hot with rice /chapathi /roti /paratha.
