First of all grind mince as it is basic tip of koftas..They become very soft if grinded again

In a pan fry onion till light golden..Then grind it with tomatoes

In the same oil put this paste and add all spices and cook covered till oil separates.

Till then prepare your mince..grind roasted chana and make powder..Add in mince then add ginger garlic paste,crushed chilli, garam masala powder,egg, salt coriander leaves and mix well

Then apply some oil on your palms and make medium sized balls..It will make 20 to 22 balls..masala is ready and oil is separated now add half cup water and give it a boil..Now add these balls in it and cover the lid.cook for one hour until ur desired gravy is ready and oil is up.. Garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves
