Cut carrot 1cm thickness. Peel the skin.

Make 5 cut in evenly.

Cut out the half shape of flower petal one by one.

Cut 5 half petal shape.

Cut out the other side of petal shape.

Make a 5 petal flower(Plum, ume）

Make shallow 4 cut in lines from the center of flower to in-between of 2 petals, the thinnest part.

Put knife from the widest part of petal to the center of the flower. Make triangle cut to the direction of "7" cutting line.
