Soak rice for about 20 minutes. Cook and drain as usual. Keep aside.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add Cloves and Cardamom pods along with a Cinnamon stick. Fry for a minute. Don't forget to add your favourite nuts to it.The aroma that emanates is heaven. Now is the time to add rice. Also add in Sugar according to taste and give it all a good mix.

Cover and cook until Sugar coats every rice grain fully and gives this it a lovely sheen and glaze which makes it look so sparklingly amazing. Divide it into three parts. Leave one part as it is. To the other two parts, add in dry food colours respectively and mix well. After a minute, remove them onto the serving glasses directly.

Serve these Shots piping hot to enjoy it's melt in mouth flavourful texture that's exclusively Desi. Happy Cooking Everyone!
