Mix your sugar, yeast, and salt with a cup of warm water.

Add in your flour and coconut flakes until the consistency looks smooth and fluffy non watery and non dough as seen in the picture

Cover it for at least 4 hour in a sunny hot season and 6hrs during winter and from night till morning would be perfect. And the consistency would double in size. Then before start frying add some tsp baking powder and mix. Furthermore, add the oil on a deep pot and put some onion and wait until it fries out, the start squizing some the consistency and dipping into the out in a round shape, plif until golden brown.

Drain in a colander, then put some three Tsp sugar and mix with some water, pour on the puff's and sprinkle coconut flakes and mix until all the puff's looked well garnished. Enjoy
