PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Mix BBQ sauce and tomato sauce in a small bowl. 2. Combine all ingredients and half of the sauce mixture in a large bowl and mix well. 3. Refrigerate the remaining sauce. 4. Shape into a loaf, zip the bags closed and freeze.

TO COOK: 1. Thaw in refrigerator the day before you plan to cook. 2. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup BBQ sauce and 1/4 cup tomato sauce. 3. Place in the bottom of the slowcooker and top with sauce mixture. 4. Cook on high for 4 hours. 5. Take out of slow cooker and let rest on a cookie sheet or cutting board for a few minutes. Slice and serve with mashed potatoes and corn (using half of the bag).
