  2. 3 (300 gram)brinjal,, sliced
  3. 2 (200 gram)potato,, peeled and sliced
  4. 4 (400 gram)tomato,, chopped
  5. 1 tablespoongreen chilli paste
  6. 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  7. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder, (lal mirch), or more to taste
  8. 1 teaspooncumin seeds, (zeera)
  9. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds, (rai)
  10. 1/4 teaspoonblack seeds, (kaloonji)
  11. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder, (haldi)
  12. 1/4 teaspoonfenugreek seed, (methi)
  13. 1 tablespooncoriander powder, (dhnaya)
  14. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper corns, (kali mirch)
  15. 1/2 tablespooncoriander seeds, (sabut dhanya)
  16. 1 tablespoondesiccated coconut, (sookha khopra)
  17. 7-8curry leaves, (curry patta)
  18. 1 teaspoonsesame seeds, (til)
  19. 1/2 tablespoonfennel seeds, (sauf)
  20. salt, to taste

    Wash the brinjal

    Cut the potatoes and brinjal, place the potatoes in water

    Heat oil in a pan, add onion, when turn brown add lehsan adrak paste

    Add all the spices and tomatoes
