Ingredients

  • 2 cupspeanut
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 2eggs
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix ur egg with sugar and beat well

  2. 2

    Remove the dirt from ur peanut and put the peanut in a big bowl

  3. 3

    Pour small amount of the egg and sugar mix to the bowl and keep turning,then sprinkle like 3tbsp of flour and continue turning fast

    Continue the process until the egg and flour stick on the peanuts

    Set oil on medium heat and fry until u achieve ur desire brownness
