Steps

Cut onion and green chillies and brown them

Add g g paste chilli powder termeric and salt and cook themm for 2 min

Add soaked mongdaal and palak and water bring it to boil
- 4
Now low the flame and cook until tender and mix well with palak
- 5
Now off the flame and prepare baghar of onion and ghee and mix with daal
