  • 1/2 tspcrushed black pepper
  • 1/4 cupoil for shallow frying
  • to tastesalt

    Grate the potatoes thickly like this.

    Take a bowl,add grated potatoes,black pepper,salt.Mix well

    Give it in an oval shape.Ready to shallow fry.

    Cook till it turn golden brown. in colour from both the sides on medium flame.Serve hot with tomato ketup !Enjoy!!!
