Potato roast
Steps

Peel and cut potato into small cubes. Wash them to remove excess starch.

In a mixing bowl add potato, chilli powder, masala powder, fennel seeds powder,curry leaves and salt. Mix well.

Heat oil in a pan, add potato mixture and cook well by cover the vessel with lid.
- 4
Cook for 10 minutes, once it done switch off the flame and serve with rice.
