Ingredients

  • Jasmin rice
  • Olive oil
  • Coriander
  • Cumin
  • White wine
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Grated ginger
  • Lemon zest
  • Lemon juice
  • Tt salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté Spices in olive oil, add rice and toss coat. Toast lightly

  2. 2

    Add water and wine, bring to a boil

  3. 3

    Cover and take off heat

  4. 4

    Once cooked, stir in cilantro, lemon juice and zest, and ginger. Season with salt to taste.
