Ingredients

2 cupwheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cupGrated coconut
3green cardamoms
1 tspFennel seeds
As required Water
As required Ghee to deep fry

Steps

In a bowl take wheat flour, sugar, green cardamom and fennel seeds. Mix well all the ingredients. Now add water little by little. The batter should not be very thin and should be easy to pour.

In a wok heat ghee on medium - low heat. Pour 8-9 gulgule onto the heat ghee.

Deep fry the gulgule on medium to low heat until the radish brown.

Delicious gulgule are ready.
