In a mixing bowl add grated beet, potato, chilli ginger paste, coriander leaves.

Then add powered poha, spices and salt.

Mix all the ingredients well to form dough like.

Shape it into desired shapes.

Roll the cutlets into bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till golden and crispy.

Serve with chutney and sauce.
