Sabudana papad
Steps

Overnight soak washed sabudana in water.. next day boil sabudana with water, add salt, cumin seeds keep stiring in between and cook till colour changes (in medium flame)

Spread small small batch in sheet

Sun dry them till completely dry (it took 3days in scorching sun)

Store them in air tight container and when needed deep fry them and it's ready to serve with dal rice or as a snack
