Ingredients

  • 1 cupspelt flour (or plain white, or wholemeal flour)
  • Pinchsalt
  • Water

Steps

    Put your flour in a mixing bowl and add a little water at a time, using your hands to work it into a stiff dough. Work the dough on a lightly floured work surface, kneading gently for a few minutes.

    Divide the dough into 3 balls and roll it thinly. Dry fry in a non stick pan until it bubbles up slightly, flip over and cook the other side. Cut into pieces and serve, or toast them lightly to make crackers.
