把姜切片,放入蒸盘 Cut old ginger into thin pieces, and put in steam plate

在金鯧一面划上两刀,放入蒸盘(划过的鱼面朝上) Slice twice on one side of the golden pomfret, and put in steam plate (sliced side should face-up)

把姜切碎 Minced some old ginger

把灯笼椒和番茄切小丁 Cut capsicum and tomato into small dices

热油。加入姜末,蒜米,番茄,灯笼椒,豆豉快炒。加入一汤匙酱清 Heat the oil. Add minced ginger, minced garlic, tomato, capsicum, fermented black bean, and stir-fry. Add one tablespoon of light soy sauce

趁热把酱汁淋上金鯧 While the sauce is still hot, add it onto the fish

把蒸盘放入滚水,蒸15分钟 Put steam plate in boiling water, steam for 15mins

把青葱切小段,铺上蒸好的鱼 Cut spring onions into small sections, put them on the steamed fish
