Steps

Wash rice at least three times in cold water. Soak it at least for 15-20 mins.

Heat ghee and when it's really hot add zeera, and other dry masala.

Now fry onions till they are glossy and slightly cooked.

Add mint and peas. Cook on a medium heat covered for another 2-3 minutes.

Now add 2 cups water and pulao masala. Bring it to boil and add rice to it.

Once it gets one boiled reduce the heat to low and cook it covered.

If you want the rice to be fluffy spread it on a plate till the steam evaporates.
