Ingredients

  • 3large chicken breasts
  • 1small head of purple cabbage
  • 4-5brown and purple onions
  • 1 packdried lentil and split pea mix
  • 6potatoes
  • 1medium sweet potato
  • 2 tinstomatoes
  • Roughly 3/4 a cup of Kalamata olives
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 2x 1 litre boxes of chicken stock
  • 1 cupor so of brown vinegar
  • Roughly a cup of white wine
  • Vegeta
  • Few tablespoons of Tomato paste
  • Dried dill
  • Dried parsley
  • Cracked pepper
  • leavesCouple of bay
  • Few tablespoons of Olive oil
  • Water to cover

Steps

    As you start chopping the veggies and adding them to the pot, add the vinegar and wine so the veggies have extra time to soak before being cooked. The rest is just a matter of throwing it all in the pot and cooking it for about an hour and a half.
