  9. 1/2 cupBrinjal
  10. 2 inchGinger
  11. 6 podsGarlic
  12. 6Green Chilli
  13. 3 tablespoonGhee
  14. 1 inchCinnamon Stick
  15. 6Cloves
  16. 1Star Anise
  17. 1 tablespoonDagad Phool
  18. 2Large Cardamom
  19. 1Javitri
  20. 2Bay Leaves
  21. 1 teaspoonRed Chilli Powder
  22. 1/4 teaspoonGround Black Pepper
  23. 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric Powder
  24. 1/2 teaspoonDry Mango Powder
