Ek bowl main soji sugar powder add kar ke mix karen jab mix ho jaye toh baking powder aur coconut powder mix kar lein

Ab ghee add kar ke mix karen

Aur phir milk aur vanilla essence add kar ke mix kar lein ab es mixture ko 10 mins ke liye rakh dein

Baking tray main ghee laga ke tail phehla us pe mixture phehla dein

Mixture phehla ke us ke upar piste laga lein

Ek dagchi main namak phehla ke us pe stand rakh ke dakan de dein medium flame pe jab garam ho jaye toh es main mixture jo baking tray main rakha tha wo rakh ke dakan de dein 25 mins ke liye

Ab sugar syrup ke liye 1/2 cup watar 1/2 cup sugar aur lemon ka ek slice add kar ke paka lein jab sugar hal ho jaye toh flame off kar ke syrup thanda kar lein

Basbousa ko check kar lein knife laga ke agar knife main mixture chipke toh abhi ready nahi hua agar knife main mixture na chipke toh phir dagchi say nikal ke thanda kar lein

Jab thanda ho jaye toh nikal ke sugar syrup spone say phehla dein basbousa ke upar

Basbousa is ready ab serve kijiye
