Chicken marination : Wash and cut chicken cubes of 1/2inch then marinate them with above mentioned ingredients for 1hour

Sauce preparation: At first soak the Kashmiri laal Mirch for half an hour then Add them in a blender and all the other ingredients mention above and blend them well until it becomes a smooth paste..

Frying :Now take screwers and place chicken cubes along with capsicum and onion cubes.. Now in a nonsticke pan add oil and shallow fry them on low flame until tenderize.. Then add the above prepared sauce and mix it well and cook for few min then put aside...

Rice preparation: At first add butter in a pan and let it melt then add chopped garlic and garlic powder and then add chopped cabbage, capsicum and carrots fry them for 2 to 3 min..

Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper and salt and let them broil for 2 to 3 min..

Then add boiled rice in it and put it on dum for 5 min then serve with Peri Peri screwers and serve...
