Peel of haldi.
Then wash it.
And strain it to remove excess water.
Now grate it.
Then heat ghee in a kadhai.
Add asafoetida to it.
Add onion and saute it until it becomes golden brown in colour.
Add lasun chutney to it.
Now add coriander and cumin powder, salt and curd to it. - 2
Stir it well.
Now add fresh haldi in it.
Mix it well.
Close the lid.
Now on low flame let it cook for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, keep on stirring in between.
When ghee is totally separate from haldi it mean our haldi is cooked totally.
Now add boiled green peas to it and mix it. - 3
Off the gas garnish it with coriander and serve it with phulkas.
