Steps

Make a paste of the coriander leaves, mint leaves, curd and sugar. Add salt to the paste as per your taste.

Take 2 slices of bread and put the green chutney paste on it. Now arrange the tomato, onion and parsley on them.

Add salt, pepper, Chaat masala powder, chilli flakes over the veggies.

Now spread the mayonnaise and cheese on top

Lastly, put the other slices of bread on top and grill the sandwiches.

Or you can put a little butter on a pan and toast them. (Optional).

Serve hot with ketchup
