Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce)boxes red lentil pasta
  • 2squeezed lemons
  • 1peeled garlic 🧄 head
  • 4 tablespoonsvegan butter
  • 2-3 tablespoonsnutritional yeast
  • 2 cupsvegetable broth
  • 1 cupalmond milk
  • 4 cupsspinach frozen
  • 2medium size tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteBasil and season
  • Onion powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water then cook pasta 9-10 minutes

  2. 2

    Melt butter and sauté chopped garlic in separate pan

  3. 3

    Add chilli powder

  4. 4

    Add seasonings

  5. 5

    Add vegetable broth and lemon juice

  6. 6

    Add almond milk

  7. 7

    Add spinach

  8. 8

    Add chopped tomatoes

  9. 9

    Strain pasta

  10. 10

    Mix together

  11. 11
