Dry fruit paratha

Firstly, in atta add sugar, ghee, cardamom properly then add some needed milk and make a paratha dough.

Now divided in two parts and roll one peda. It should be thick and do some holes with fork.

Now spread nuts on it and roll slightly by roller.

On low flame roast it. Flip another side. Grease ghee.

Now serve hot.
