Instant Pongal(rice)

Mix rice and moong dal and wash in water.

In a pressure cooker add coconut oil and ghee.

When it is hot, add green chilli, dry red chilli, ginger, pepper, cumin and curry leaves and saute for a minute.

Now add turmeric powder, hing, salt, pepper powder.

Then add water and Add the washed rice and moong dal. Now Close the lid and cook until 2 whistles.

Instant Pongal is ready.
