Now take a rounded plate and spread into rice. (take a pressure cooker and add 2 glasses water and Boil it and after boiling water add into washed 1 glass rice,1 spoon oil, according to taste add into salt and mix well and cover it with a lid.when the cooker make pressure and it will give a whistle off the flame.)

Now take fried dal. (Same processor used to boil dal as we boiled rice. Now take a pan add into 1 spoon oil. Add into cumin seed,1 chopped green chilli, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion, 1 spoon ginger garlic paste, salt red chilli powder,garam masala, turmeric powder and fried it. After fried this masala add into boiled dal and mix well.)

Now decorate this thali with rice, dal and papaya and cucumber and onion and many other things as u like.it's enjoyable, creative and also healthy. I add into kofta pakoda also.
