Steps

Boil your meat, add 1 tbspn of pilau masala and ginger/Garlic paste. When it's ready set aside. Use the excess broth in cooking later

In a pot add cooking oil, when it's hot add cumin and stir for 1 min

Add in your onions and the remaining 3tbspns of ginger/Garlic paste and stir 2mins

Add in the remaining 3tbspns of pilau masala and half of your dhania. Give it a stir then add your boiled meat. Add salt to taste

Wash your rice and add into the other ingredients. Stir for a few minutes then add already boiled water. Stir and cover it.

When it's almost dry add in the remaining dhania and carefully mix well. Serve with kachumbari or a banana
