Ingredients

  • 3 cupsbeans
  • Scotch bonnet nd onions
  • 3 tbsoil
  • Maggi, curry
  • Nylon

Steps

  1. 1

    Pick beans nd soak for 20mins, wash nd add scotch bonnet nd onions, blend to make a smooth paste

  2. 2

    Add little oil to d beans paste,add maggi,curry nd oil,tie in nylon nd set aside

  3. 3

    Pour a required amount of water into a pot,place a pot cover on top of the water nd place ur moi moi paste,cook for 30mins nd serve
