In a bowl mix together the flour yeast milk powder sugar and saltmix all the dry ingredients together then add your vegetable oil eggand knead to a medium soft dough with slightly warm water add butter at the end and knead again cover and leave to raise for 1 hour

After the dough has raise knead again and divide the dough into 8 balls or depending on how big you want the loaves

Fillings, heat vegetable oil add your grated onions ginger and garlic paste add your green pepper curry thyme black pepper seasonings and spices then add your shredded chicken then lastly add your mayonnaise mix then remove and allow to cool completely

Roll the dough into a rectangle brush some softened butter over it then out your filling in the middle and make a slits on both side then start bringing frim the topmost slits and across each other alternately

Keep going remember to alternate like a crisscross fashion right to left or left to right as you get further down the bread

Put your parchment paper in a baking tray arrange and brush the bread with egg and sprinkle some sesame on it and bake for 15 mint or till done

Immediately after baking brush with some butter and cover with a clean towel for 3-5mint to get the softness of the bread
