3 clovegarlic
Olive oil
1 tspButter
For chimichurri :-
20gm. Chilli flakes
50 gmCorrainder fresh
50 gmparsley
30 gmdill leaves
20 mlhoney
20 gmmint leaves

Marinate steak with salt, pepper.

Hot pan with oil, seal the steak. Flip both side

Glaze with butter, add Rosemary and Galric. Keep aside

Blend herbs, honey, olive oil, seasoning and chili flakes.

Marinate potato Wrap potato with foil. Bake for 30 min.

Slice steak and spread chimichurri sauce
