Combine the flour and salt. Add the hot water and mix it gently. Add the room temperature water in and mix well.

Rest the dough for 5 minutes. Add the oil into the dough and work it until and oil is completely absorbed into the dough.

Clean and chop the green onion. Mix with oil, salt and pepper.

Divide the dough into 5 portions. Flatten it. Spread the green onion sauce evenly on top.

Roll it. Press the two ends. Twist and roll it. Rest for 15 minutes.

Heat the pan at medium heat. Flatten the dough. Pan fry it at low heat for 2.5 minutes on each side. Press to flatten it. Cover with a lid when cooking.

Once finished cooking, absorb the oil with a kitchen towel. Serve.
