Steps

First cook tomato and green chilli together with little water in a pan, allow it to cool and grind it in a mixer jar, keep it separate.

Take a pan add oil to it, once get heat add mustard for seasoning, then add onion, ginger, turmeric powder and salt, fry it for five minutes

After that add mashed tomato syrup to it and allow it to boil till will get a fine gravy

Finally, garnish it with curry and coriander leaves, ready to serve now.
