Steps

Mix Flour and baking powder in a big bowl

Add Margarine/butter and rub it in.

Add Sugar,coconut to the flour mixture and mix well

In a separate small bowl,beat eggs and add your milk and mix well
- 5
Add to egg/milk mixture to your Flour mixture and knead until you get a soft dough

Set aside for 1hr or more after Covering with cling film or kitchen towel.

Rollout your dough into 1cm to thickness and cut into desired shapes

Heat oil in a pan and fry your mandazi in medium heat until golden brown on both sides

Remove and cool in a bowl lined with paper towels
- 10
Enjoy.
